| Umrah Packages - Procedure for Umrah Trips and Booking |

- Fill out the Enquiry Form and send it to us.
- Al-Hidaayah sends out a detailed quote based upon your requirements including accommodation transportation and flights if required.
- If you are happy with the quote, you sign & return the agreement along with your payment. If you wish to make any adjustments let us know and we repeat step 2.
- We ask for your passport, photographs, Meningitis ACWY certificate and completed visa application form.
- We enter your details onto the electronic visa authorisation system, reserve your accommodation and flights, acquire the visas.
- We return your passport with visa along with airline ticket and accommodation/transport vouchers.
- Upon arrival at Jeddah airport you proceed to our agents’ counter in the Arrivals hall (which is open 24 hours) who will arrange for your onward travel to the hotel in Makkah.
- Upon arrival at the hotel you hand over the vouchers at check-in as payment for your pre-booked accommodation.
